1 Introduction and Acceptance

kkpb (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming service based in Bangladesh. By using this website or app, you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all users — both registered members and guests. kkpb reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the kkpb platform, you must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and at least 21 years of age.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings earned may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Password and Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Notify the kkpb support team immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kkpb may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document for identity verification. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals until the KYC process is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) are accepted for depositing funds into kkpb:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳300
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳300
• Rocket — minimum deposit ৳300 (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet)
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳300

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The maximum deposit limit may change from time to time and may vary depending on account standing.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing from another person's account or making payments through a third party is prohibited. kkpb only accepts transactions from payment sources registered in the account holder's name.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳5,000 → total balance ৳11,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• If wagering is not completed within the set timeframe from the date the bonus was awarded, the bonus may be forfeited.
• kkpb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonuses may be withdrawn if misuse is suspected.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

kkpb is committed to ensuring a fair play environment. Our games are powered by software from certified game providers, and outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing games using software bots, auto-clickers, or artificial intelligence.
• Coordinated bonus hunting or bonus abuse.
• Exploiting game system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or access another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from a technical error will not be considered valid. kkpb reserves the right to void bets placed during such errors.

7 Sports Betting Rules

kkpb's sports betting section offers the opportunity to place bets on various sporting events. Some important terms relating to sports betting:

• Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled, but if an event is cancelled the bet will be refunded.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned, kkpb's policy will apply to bets placed on that event.
• In case of disputes over scores or results, the outcome declared by the official sports body will be considered final.
• Decisions regarding live betting options are at kkpb's discretion.

8 VIP Program

kkpb's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier depends on gaming history and activity and is at kkpb's discretion. kkpb reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms and cashback amounts.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Closure by kkpb

kkpb may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or suspicion of fraud.
• Providing false or incomplete identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• Using the platform for illegal purposes.

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, make arrangements to withdraw your available balance. Contact our support team for assistance with self-exclusion or responsible gaming.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

15 Governing Law and General Terms

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with relevant international online gaming regulations. If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.

Any amendment or modification to these terms will take effect only when made in writing by kkpb (through publication on the website). No separate verbal or written understanding by the user supersedes these formal terms.
